This week we’re discussing the bizarre case of Bill and Dorothy Wacker. For nearly a decade, the Wackers were harassed by a mysterious stalker. What began with cryptic messages, eventually progressed to physical attacks. Although the harassment was continuous, no one was ever able to catch the assailant. Was this the work of a complete stranger or could the attacker have been hiding in plain sight?! Find out what we think of this really odd case from the 1980s.
